Drop Mash & Mallow into glass of Negro Modelo.

Glassware: Shot glass + double old fashioned glass

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Mash & Mallow

0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
0.5 oz Ancho Reyes
2 Dashes Hella Mexican Chocolate Bitters
1 Dash Hella Smoked Chili Bitters

Combine all ingredients in mixing glass.
Stir with ice. Serve up or on the rocks. Garnish with cherry/ancho chile.

Glassware: coupe or double rocks glass

Ingredients:

2 oz Mash & Mallow
0.25 oz Maple Syrup
2 Dashes Cinnamon Bitters
1 Dash Angostura Bitters

Combine all ingredients in mixing glass.
Stir with ice. Strain over ice, garnish with orange peel.
